There are three download options, large video
files that are 8 -15 MB, small video files that are 2-3 MB or small audio only files of
less than 1 MB. The larger files have a better quality, not that these are great quality
to start with. Download time will be longer for the better quality files. You will need Quicktime to view the
videos or listen to the audio files.
