The Lake George Area Treatment Concept reconfigures the man-made lake into wetland ponds. The plan envisions trails and benches through the wetlands and capitalizes on the natural beauty. Garden Club members are keenly interested in developing a natural setting that is environmentally sound and promotes native vegetation.

Field Trip
The Garden Club has planned a 10:00 am tour at Shady Acres Herb Farm in Chaska, MN. The gardens have been recently renovated and include herb and rock gardens. There is an extensive selection of herb and vegetable plants for retail sale along with a gift shop. Everyone is invited. Reservations are required as participants care pool.
