Minutes from the May 5, 2008 Meeting

President Betty S called the meeting to order at 7:05pm.

As there were no corrections or additions to the minutes of the last two meetings as printed in the newsletter, a motion was made by Anne K to accept the minutes, seconded by Jo F. The motion passed.

Plant Sale
The sign-up list was passed around.

Susan R explained the directions for labeling the plants for the sale. Put your initials and price on the plastic stick. Use the wooden stick and a paper label for information about the plant. Also, put the price and your initials on the paper label.

The Armory will be open from 4pm until 7pm on Saturday to set-up and drop off plants. The Armory will be open at 6:30am on Saturday.

Please have your plants labeled and priced before you bring them to the Armory on either Friday or Saturday.

Be at the Armory at 3pm on Friday to help with set-up and picking up plants from UWRF.
