Old Business
2009 Budget
There was a review of the budget items discussed at the last meeting.
Veteran's Memorial at Greenwood Cemetery - a different group has been asked to
fund the gardens. It is undetermined if RFCG will help to fund the gardens.
More money has been allocated for Community Gardens.
Another $200 has been added to Plant Sale expenses in case there is a fee to use
the Amory.
An average of $50 per speaker has been added to the budget for speaker fees. It
was suggested that the group vote to approve speakers who have a fee over $100.
Susan R updated the club on how some of the funds from the 2008 budget were
used. The club has a responsibility to Heritage Park and the White Pathway. The

club paid 50% of the cost for invasive plant removal. After the invasive plants
were removed, native plant seeds were planted. Susan has been doing lots of work
on the White Pathway.
The budget as printed in the December newsletter is final expect for the $200
budgeted for possible Amory fee.
