Minutes from May 7, 2007 Meeting
President Susan R called the meeting to order at 7:10pm.
As there were additions or corrections to minutes from the April 2007 meeting, a motion was made to accept the minutes, seconded and passed.
Treasurer's Report
Total net worth (exclusive of $4,341.45 CD) as of today is $2,804.47.
This consists of the following accounts:

Plant Sale
| Flats are still needed for the sale. Please bring flats to the sale. |
| The Armory will be open at 3pm on Friday afternoon for set up. |
| Help is still need for returning plants to UWRF after the sale. |
| Mae has labeled two plastic 5-gallon buckets, one for tags from unsold plants and the other for all the tags of sold plants. |
| All the blue, red and yellow tags need to be removed from the unsold UWRF plants before we load them up to bring them back. |
| Susan passed around the sign-up sheet for the plants sale. Sign-up or review what you have signed up for. |
| The Armory will be open at 7:30am on Saturday morning, Ursula will be there. |
June 4 Meeting
The business part of the June 4 meeting will start at 6:30 at the River Falls
Public Library. From the library, the group will go to the Foster Cemetary/Conservation
Area. Dress appropriately and bring insect repellant.
