Year-to-Date vs. Budget:
Income: We are $52 below Plan, primarily because membership is 46 vs Plan of 50.
Expenses: We have not yet spent all of the Community Benefits we had planned, the largest delay for the $800 in scholarships. This should be spent in April. Spending for the plant sale will start this month, starting with approximately $90 for six printing calculators.

Year-to-Date vs. Last Year:
Income: Just about even with last year.
Expenses: We spent $200 more on tree maintenance in Heritage Park this year. Last year we sent the scholarship money at this time, but this will be caught up this month. A new expense for this year was for the two smokestack bricks for $260. We have spent more on speakers so far this year, but hope to bring that down to the average by the end of the year. The Liability Insurance cost was $8 higher than last year, and print and copy costs are up by $9 year-to-date.
